Billing & Refunds

This policy explains how Redhead Digital Agency LLC ("Redhead", "we", "us") bills for its services, what delivery and acceptance mean, and how replacements and refunds work. It applies together with our Terms of Service. Where an individual service agreement, statement of work, or accepted order ("Service Agreement") states different terms, the Service Agreement prevails.

1. How Billing Works
All services — link building, SEO, and content writing — are quoted individually and provided under a Service Agreement. We issue invoices for the agreed scope; the invoice states the amount, currency, accepted payment methods, and payment terms. Prices are confirmed in writing before any work begins, and we do not charge anything that has not been agreed in advance. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are the client's responsibility where required by law.
2. Delivery & Acceptance
For link building services, delivery means a live, published placement. Each delivery includes a report with the live URL, anchor text, and relevant domain metrics, so every placement is independently verifiable. Where the Service Agreement provides for client approval of publisher sites, work on a placement begins only after the site has been approved.
3. Link Longevity Guarantee
6-month guarantee, lifetime best effort
If a published link is removed, unpublished, or materially altered within 6 months of going live, we will restore it or provide an equivalent replacement placement at no additional cost.
If a link is removed after the 6-month period, we will still contact the publisher on your behalf and make every reasonable effort to have the link restored, free of charge. While we cannot guarantee restoration beyond the guarantee period — publishers control their own websites — resolving such cases is our standard practice, not an exception.
The guarantee does not apply where removal results from the client's own actions or requests, changes to the client's destination page (deletion, redirects, blocking), or content that ceased to comply with the publisher's policies due to client-side changes.
4. Replacements & Refunds
- Undelivered work. If we are unable to deliver an agreed placement or deliverable, you choose: an equivalent replacement, a credit toward other services, or a refund of the amount paid for the undelivered item.
- Within the guarantee period. Removed or materially altered links are restored or replaced free of charge, as described above. If no acceptable replacement can be agreed, we refund the amount paid for that placement.
- Completed and accepted work. Because placements and content are custom services performed on third-party websites, work that has been delivered and accepted is not refundable, except as provided by the applicable Service Agreement or required by law.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no cost before work on them has started. If an order is cancelled mid-delivery, the client pays for the portion of work already completed (e.g., placements already published or content already produced), and any remaining prepaid balance is refunded or credited.
6. Billing Disputes
If you believe an invoice or charge is incorrect, contact us at info@rhda.us within 30 days of the invoice date and we will investigate promptly. We ask clients to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute — in our experience, billing questions are resolved faster directly.
